Exchanges and returns
You can easily request a return or exchange by filling out this form—just provide your order number and email. Our exchange and return platform allows you to instantly receive both the return label by email and the refund via the original payment method or an IBAN number.
Lustraire is not responsible for the amounts of the delivery logistics efforts in case of a request for a refund.
From the moment your order arrived, you have 14 days to submit your return or exchange request, as long as the conditions of our exchange policy are met.
Damaged items
At Lustraire, we take great pride in delivering garments of the highest quality, free from defects. However, we understand that occasionally something may slip through our rigorous quality control.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please submit a request through this form, including images of the defect. This applies only to online orders.
The return shipping fee will be reimbursed after a brief review process once your order has been received at our warehouse. This process may take a few days, but rest assured, we take full responsibility in such cases, resulting in a complete refund.
All items sold by Lustraire are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
